Group registration
In case you have any problems with your group registration, please contact the congress organisation: kristof.willems@ismar.com. Deadline for group registration: Friday 25 May 2012. Invoices will be provided after the congress to organisations having made group registrations.

Terms of payment
All payments must be made in euro (EUR).
All fees mentioned are inclusive of 21% VAT and applicable taxes.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the Course Organizers.
Registration fees apply according to the registration date.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Congress bank account on time. A credit card and a signature could be required as a guarantee.
Cancellation, name change and refund policy
A refund (less 50% for administration charges) will be given if a written cancellation is made until 13 May 2011.
After that date, all cancellations and no-shows will be nonrefundable. All eligible refunds will be issued after the Class and no refund will be processed on site.
Participants are responsible for canceling their accommodation and travel arrangements.
